Their goal: to convince Mr. Beiderman to renew their lease so they can live there. The Vanderbeeker children decide to try to win him over with acts of kindness. However, this strategy does not work. Next, they try to make a petition to stop Mr. Beiderman not renewing their lease. This also backfires. Will the Vanderbeekers be able to save their beloved home? Or will they have to move?

Recommendation:

This book is super cute and super funny. All the characters have unique personalities, which make for some laughs. There is no violence or death, so this is the perfect book for all ages. The characters are relatable, because they deal with problems some of us go through. Anyway, if you are looking for a book to brighten your day, here you go.
